3) On the evening before your required service date, we will again call, text or email you to confirm your reservation. Typically text.

4. We Monitor Your Flight

4) If you are arriving at an airport BCS will monitor your flight so we will know when you take off and when you touch down. We will also know if your plane is delayed or running early and we will adjust accordingly.

5. We Greet You at the Airport
5) Again, if you are arriving at an airport we will then greet you at the agreed upon location depending on whether you have carry-ons or checked baggage(Tram level or Baggage claim level). The driver will either have a paper sign with your last name on it or your last name in bright green letters on an electronic tablet.
6. We Assist You With Your Luggage

6) We will then assist you with your luggage and escort you to our vehicle located in the parking garage.

7. We Then Proceed to the Desired Location
7) We will then proceed to the desired location after checking the maps for best routing based on current traffic conditions.

Pickups Going Anywhere or for Any Reason – Point A to Point B

4. We Arrive on Time
4) On the day of required service we will arrive at the reserved time. Please note…..if you ordered the car and driver for 8:00am, we will show up at 8:00am…..NOT 10 or 15 minutes prior to that time. Also, we will not text or call you to let you know we are there unless you ask us to do so. The reason for this is, BCS over the years has found that if you reserve a car for 8am……that’s when you will be ready and that is when you will come out. If we have not seen you after 15 minutes we will then reach out to make sure everything is ok. Simple as that. In addition we do not text or call when we arrive because we have found that if we do…the client then rushes and inevitably forgets something and we attempt to prevent that.
5. We Greet You
5) Once in the car we will ask a few questions to make sure you have not forgotten anything such as to lock your front door, is the garage closed, do you have your phone and or chargers, your ID’s, keys and did you shut the water off and or close the hurricane shutters etc.
6. We Then Proceed to the Desired Location
6) We will then proceed to the desired location after checking the maps for best routing and traffic conditions.
** We ask that you let our drivers/chauffeurs handle the doors and with loading your items into and out of our vehicles, especially at very busy areas such as the airports, sports or concert venues. This is a safety precaution for you, our drivers and our vehicles as you enter and most importantly exit our vehicles. Exiting the vehicle is most important as you as a passenger do not see everything going on around the vehicle at that moment and it is your driver’s/chauffeur’s responsibility to do so.
Thank you for understanding, Lance Greene/Owner.
